1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Yojivo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Yojivo is a B2B SaaS platform for managing consulting workspaces. Features include project management, hiring pipelines, team collaboration, document management, financial tracking, and AI-assisted candidate evaluation. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Use the Service to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-assisted features for candidate evaluation, resume analysis, and voice interview processing. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are advisory and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions
• Your Data may be sent to third-party service providers for AI processing
• You are responsible for ensuring AI-assisted decisions comply with applicable employment laws
• AI features can be disabled per job role at your discretion

7. Billing & Subscriptions

• Free tier is available with limited features
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via a third-party payment processor
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the Settings page. Upon termination, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may retain anonymized aggregate data for analytical purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yojivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
